What about "In Stock" items ?

"In Stock" items can be shipped within 24h (the next business day) after we've received the payment.

What about "Preorder" products ?

"Preorder" products are not released yet. You can preorder such a product, to be sure to get it when it's released.

Since December 2018, because of an overwelming number of abuse and cancellation, payment must be made when placing a preorder.

You will receive a confirmation of your preorder within 24-48h.

How can I preorder an item ?

If you want to preorder, simply add it to your card and select "Preorder" on the "Select a Payment Method" page when placing your order.
This way, you don't pay for the preorder now, but when the product is in our stock. You can choose to pay right away if your prefer.

What about the release date you indicate ?

These release date are the ones manufacturers gave us when opening the preorder.
Please note that some products release date may be delayed by the manufacturer ; if so, you'll receive an e-mail to keep you informed.

There are only "In Stock" products in my order, when will it be shipped ?

Your order will be shipped within 24h (in the next business day), after we've received the payment.

There is a "In Stock" product and a "Preorder" product in my order, when will it be shipped ?

In this case, you'll have to wait for all the products in your order to be released and in our stock.
Please make different orders if you want to receive the "In Stock" item without having to wait for the not yet released product.
